Sands China holds an opening ceremony for Happy 360 Month May 31 at The Venetian Macao’s back-of-house team member area.
Sands China’s six-week series of activities is part of its commitment to comprehensively care for the physical and mental health of its team members. From May 28 to July 4, team members were able to take advantage of a series of wellness activities.
Happy 360 Month makes use of the 5S model for emotions to conduct health seminars, parent-child interest classes, healing workshops, physical and mental health consultations from professionals, interactive game booths, and other activities to encourage team members to develop a positive mindset and contribute to building a happy and thriving workplace.
Through the 5S model – Self-Questioning, Stop Negative Thinking, Self-Pep Talk, Shuffle Your Thoughts, and Stay Attentive to Body Responses – team members learn positive techniques for realizing stress, learn the importance of managing emotions, and develop practical strategies.

Since debuting the Happy 360 initiative in 2021, Sands China has organized nearly 200 activities, including seminars, workshops, and roadshows, attracting more than 28,000 participants. In this way, the company hopes to encourage team members to develop positive thinking habits, enrich their lives, and advance family harmony.
Sands China Ltd. Executive Vice Chairman Dr. Wilfred Wong said: “Our team members are our most valued resource. We want to create a work environment in which they can thrive, and an important part of that is caring for their physical and mental well-being. Happy 360 has been a very successful effort in that regard, and we are glad to have offered it for the fourth consecutive year.”
