Navalny’s family without access to the body for the third day in a row

Russian opponent and number one adversary of President Vladimir Putin died Friday at the age of 47 in the Arctic prison, in the Yamal region, where he was serving a 19-year sentence.

Navalny’s mother, Lyoudmila Navalnaïa, went to this remote penal colony on Saturday with a lawyer.

The family and other people close to Alexei Navalny accused the Russian authorities of trying to “cover the trail” of the “murderers” by refusing to hand over the body of the Russian opponent.
