The case involving the pre-trial detention of the businesswoman and owner of the Hou Kong newspaper involves other detainees, namely two senior executives from a Macau bank and another businesswoman, TDM-Rádio Macau reported this morning, following the news published yesterday by PLATAFORMA. An employee of the same bank has been charged, but was not detained.
The Judicial Police confirmed this morning the arrest of a woman surnamed Ng, referring to Bobo Ng, a businesswoman and owner of the second largest Chinese-language newspaper, on suspicion of financial fraud. PLATAFORMA has since confirmed that Bobo Ng will await trial in detention.
