In 1998, she co-founded the “Macau Journalists Association, serving as the chairperson of the first member assembly executive committee. She frequently advocated for press freedom in Macau.
Chinese language media outlet “All About Macau” – which she founded in 2012 – published an obituary, stating that “even in her illness, the president always cared deeply for All About Macau and continued to pay attention to social developments.
“Despite her illness, she wholeheartedly devoted herself to her work, persevering in her beloved field of journalism. This showcased her immense passion and sense of responsibility towards journalism.”
The publication also described her as “a fortunate presence in the industry.”
