Norwegian Casper Ruud, finalist in Paris and winner of the Estoril Open, remained in fourth place in the ATP ranking.
Rafael Nadal, who missed Roland Garros due to injury, fell 121 places to 136th, leaving the top 100 for the first time since April 2003.
