The Russian army launched, on Monday night, 15 ‘drones’ against the territory of Ukraine, which shot down, in turn, 14 of these devices, informed a military source in Kiev.
“During the night, the enemy deployed 15 ‘drones’ [unmanned aerial device] Shahed-136 to carry out air strikes. Fourteen of them were destroyed by our military,” the Ukrainian armed forces said on Facebook.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the Shahed drones were launched from the north and south-east of Ukraine.
The leadership of Kiev’s military administration indicated that 12 of the ‘drones’ were “detected and destroyed” in the city’s airspace.
