Pilot Ken Block, 55 years old, died early this Tuesday in Utah, United States, following an accident with a snowmobile.
“It is with deep regret that we can confirm that Ken Block passed away today in a snowmobile accident. Ken was a visionary, a pioneer and an icon. He is most importantly a father and husband. He will be greatly missed. Please respect the family’s privacy at this time,” reads a statement from his team, Hoonigan.
Ken Block was a rally driver and co-founder of the DC Shoes brand. He became famous for his daring and radical maneuvers, with his most viewed video on YouTube aboard a Ford Fiesta, on the streets of San Francisco, in the United States.
