Russia rejected, this Monday, the news that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, would have been hospitalized in Bali, Indonesia, with “health problems”, before participating in the G20 Summit. .
The Associated Press (AP) report cites three Indonesian official sources, who declined to be named.
The Russian reaction to the news came from the minister’s spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, telling Reuters that this was “the height of falsification”. He later posted a video on social media of Lavrov sitting in the hotel’s courtyard in the Indonesian city reading documents.
