Business confidence in Germany fell slightly in October, to the lowest level since May 2020, as companies are concerned that “the German economy is facing a difficult winter”, it was announced this Tuesday.
The German economic research institute’s (ifo) business confidence index in Germany fell to 84.3 points in October from 84.4 points in September.
