The Base Judicial Court announced yesterday what it considered to be proven, prior to the decision in the case between Éric Sautedé and the University of Saint Joseph.
The case that puts the academic Éric Sautedé and the University of São José (USJ) in confrontation at the Base Judicial Court (TJB) is near the end, after yesterday’s judge decisions on what he considered to have been facts alleged by the parties.
Among the points that may justify the court’s decision, it should be noted that after the Sautedé contract ended, the academic was unable to find another job in the same area in Macau. It should be remembered that the area of teaching to which he was dedicated was Political Science.
