But within the federation, current and former leaders say, this golden aura served to mask at least two years of serious discontent, which includes accusations of inappropriate behavior by officials towards employees of the organization, complaints of bullying against the federation’s director general. and complaints about a toxic culture in which men routinely use direct sexist language and make suggestive statements to women who work with them.
