Winterfell, Isabel dos Santos’ company that controlled Efacec, announced on Tuesday that it has presented an appeal against the Government’s decision to nationalize its shares in the company.
“Winterfell company, in the scope of the exercise of its rights, informs that following the publication in the Official Gazette of July 2nd, 2020 of the decree law no. 33-A/2020, within the competent legal term and as expropriated, presented on September 25th, at the Supreme Administrative Court, an appeal against the administrative act and the Government decision to nationalize its shares in Efacec”.
