Game operators together for tourist campaign in Beijing

To stimulate the return of visitors, the Government will carry out a tourism promotion campaign in Beijing involving the six gaming concessionaires and, Radio Macau learns, will have as its main theme the 15 years of the classification of the Historic Center as UNESCO World Heritage.

The main events organized in the territory throughout the year and another focus of the campaign, which is being coordinated by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO). In addition to the six gaming concessionaires, other Macau companies and entities will also participate.

In response to the Radio, the MGTO said only that the tourist promotion will take place in the second half of September and that one of the initiatives will take place on the pedestrian street Wangfujing, one of the busiest shopping areas in the Chinese capital.
