Actor Chadwick Boseman, 42, the protagonist of the film “Black Panther”, died on Friday (28). The information was released by the actor’s social networks.
Boseman had colon cancer diagnosed four years ago. “A true fighter, Chadwick persevered in everything and brought you many of the films you learned to love,” they posted on Boseman’s official Twitter account. During this period, however, the diagnosis had not been made public.
“From‘ Marshall ’to‘ Da 5 Bloods ’, August Wilson’s‘ Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom ’and several others – all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. It was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in ‘Black Panther’. ”
