Study based on 17 men and 22 women who were not in intensive care
The immune response of women against Covid-19 may be greater than that of men, according to a study published on Wednesday, although its statistical base is very small.
“What we found is that men and women develop different types of immune responses to a covid-19,” says the study’s lead author, Professor Akiko Iwasaki, in a video released by Yale University, United States.
