Brazilian court approves proportional financing for black candidates

The Brazilian Superior Electoral Court (TSE) on Tuesday approved the proportional division of funds for campaign financing and radio and television broadcasting time between black and white candidates in the elections

The obligation will only be effective from the elections of 2022, where the President, governors, deputies and senators will be chosen, leaving out the municipal suffrages scheduled for the end of this year.
