The tender for the construction of the new customs building in Macau was the subject of proposals between 632 million patacas (66.9 million euros) and 738 million patacas (78.1 million euros), this Friday was announced.
The proposed deadlines for the contract, which are expected to start in the first half of 2021, vary between 740 and 825 working days.
The new building will be built on the island of Taipa and the implantation area is about 5,700 square meters. The space, with a gross construction area of around 40 thousand square meters, will consist of nine floors, two of them for basement self-silo.
In the public tender it is established that the maximum period for the execution of the contract is 850 working days.
