After the announcement of the dissolution of the ZOPT vehicle, shared in equal parts by Sonaecom and Isabel dos Santos and which held the majority of the operator’s capital (52.15%), Sonae informed the markets tonight an agreement to buy the position of the BPI, which in recent months had been reinforcing at NOS.
