In the last 24 hours there are 292 more cases, according to the latest official report. 77% of them in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region, but there are new positive cases across the country (including in the islands). Deaths are already 1530.
In Portugal, in the last 24 hours, two more people died and 292 more cases of covid-19 were confirmed. According to the epidemiological bulletin of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) of this Sunday (June 21), in total, since the pandemic began, 39 133 people were infected, 25 376 recovered (plus 470) and 1530 fatalities in the country.
In comparison with Saturday’s data, an increase of 0.13% in deaths was found. Infection cases rose 0.75%. Regarding the bulletin the day before, there are less 15 inpatients (there are now 407) and less one patient in intensive care. There are now 69 in this situation. In practice, there are 12 227 active cases in the country.
