In Portugal, in the last 24 hours, one more person died and another 377 cases of covid-19 were confirmed.
According to the epidemiological bulletin of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) of this Saturday (June 20), in total, since the pandemic began, 38 841 were infected, 24 906 recovered (plus 429) and 1528 fatalities in the country.
In comparison with Friday’s data, an increase of deaths of 0.07% was found. Infection cases rose by 1%. Of the 377 new cases, 282 (that is, 75%) were recorded in the region of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo, 59 in the Alentejo, 19 in the Algarve, 11 in the Center and six in the North (where the only death of the last 24 was recorded) hours, a man in the age group between 70 and 79 years). Azores and Madeira remain unchanged.
