Racism and pandemic feed each other

The Covid-19 pandemic and racism are the two major global dramas that hold our attention right now. One crisis feeds the other.

The first is temporary; appeared at the end of 2019 and, like all those that preceded it, a solution is foreseen through the manufacture of a vaccine and an effective treatment. Another is reflected in societies, as a disease that seems to have no cure, despite the various civilizational advances over the past two centuries. The first is close to seven million confirmed cases, with almost 400 thousand deaths. With the second, due to its timelessness, it is impossible to determine the number of “infected” and deaths, but it is certainly higher.
