The World Health Organization is saying that there will certainly be a second wave, that there is not likely to be, or that, after all, the pandemic will hit again, but in the form of a peak.
Perhaps the cause is speed, the speed at which ideas follow. This may be the reason for thinking that there is a contradiction where there is only a problem of expression or a change in the way of communicating, small nuances, not errors. What is said today seems the opposite of what was guaranteed before, but in fact it just changed the shape.
