The Government of Guinea-Bissau decided to open the country’s borders and allow people to enter and leave the national territory, according to the State of Emergency regulation extended yesterday, for the fourth time until 10 June.
According to Lusa, the regulation, sent to the press, states that “entry and exit from national territory” is permitted, but that circulation is subject to the presentation of a Covid-19 negative certificate.
Despite the opening of borders, the Guinean authorities will maintain curfews and restrictions on movement within the national territory, but the schedule has been extended.
