The Civil Protection and Fire Service of Angola rescued a baby, who appears to be two months old, abandoned in a garbage container, in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi, the fourth case this year in the province of Luanda.
According to the spokesman of the firefighters, Faustino Minguês, the child, male, was found alive by popular people and was sent by the firefighters to the reference pediatric hospital in the Angolan capital.
Faustino Minguês, quoted by the Angolan news agency, Angop, stressed that two months ago a newborn was found in a dump in the municipality of Belas, on the outskirts of the city of Luanda, noting that of the four cases recorded to date, only one woman, in Viana, she was held responsible for the crime.
