Compared to the previous day, there was a small increase in the number of deaths: on Tuesday 11 more fatalities were recorded, this Wednesday there were 15. The total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic is now 1089. Also according to the bulletin daily of the Directorate-General for Health, the number of infected people had a substantial increase: yesterday there are 178 more patients, today there are 480 more. In total, 26182 people were infected in Portugal.
The number of recovered people is also positive. There are 333 more patients recovered from the new coronavirus infection, making a total of 2076 this Wednesday.
