From the Quilómetro 25 viaduct, which intercepts Cacuaco, Zango and Viana, the National Police set up three checkpoints, until the Alimenta Angola supermarket, at the Estalagem, closing the accesses to Avenida Deolinda Rodrigues. The few vehicles authorized to circulate on that road, at least during the morning, were those whose users displayed supporting documents from the employer, which authorizes them to work during this period of confinement. The rest were forced by the agents of the National Police to return to their origin.
